Tonbara Sports & Entertainment Signs Veteran Forward Alexa Gruschow

TORONTO — Tonbara Sports & Entertainment is pleased to announce the signing of Alexa Gruschow, a veteran forward with more than a decade of professional experience.

Gruschow's résumé includes an Isobel Cup championship and NWHL MVP honours with the Metropolitan Riveters (2018), PWHPA All-Star recognition, and stints in the PWHL and in Sweden's SDHL with Modo Hockey.

The Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, native played collegiately at RPI, graduating as the program's third all-time leading scorer. Off the ice, she serves as an adviser with Women's Advancement Hockey Advising.
